Rat bedding ideas

Recommended Posts

Hi guys. I currently keep my boys on carefresh but it's so expensive! Does anyone have any suggestions for good alternative that's a little bit cheaper? I have been reading about finacard. Does anyone use this? I did try biocatlet when I first started keeping rats but it made them sneeze so soon stopped. Any ideas welcome :)

My lot are on cardboard squares and I've had no problems with them. Similar to finacard but I think thats shredded.

i use finacard really good stuff v little dust and good value for money. i use paper based cat litter in their litter trays only and the finacard as substrate

Thanks for your replies everyone. Finacard looks good but I wouldlalways try to keep business local if I can. I have emailed Lotti, cardboard squares may be the future for my boys! :)
