I'd love to see the local Sheffield Band '10 Bob Millionaire' play .... saw them at West Street Live, twice, and they were awesome :-)

They have a website : http://www.10bobmillionaire.co.uk

Check them out ... hope you will like them too!! I have voted for them so fingers crossed!!

10 Bob Millionaire are playing at Tiger Works on the Friday at 5pm!!

Not looking forward to Tramlines this year, mainly because I'll be on the other side of the world :-(

Interesting decision to announce the non-involvement of Hallam FM this year. Why announce something that isn't happening?

The next PR release:

Jay-Z not taking any part in Tramlines for the foreseeable future

?

Any speculation on lineup this year? And why are Hallam FM not involved?

its was getting too big. Too many people for health and safety/fire regulations. something like that.

So a major local radio station and sponsor pulls out of a big music festival, 6 weeks before, because it's all got too successful?

Sounds right to me.

Hi guys,

Regarding the 'un-announcement' of Hallam FM. We wanted everyone to know that Hallam FM would not be taking part this year because they have been present during the last 3 years and we know people expect their involvement. This was a joint decision based on safety in the city centre, particularly safety of the younger Tramlines attendees. The main stage on Saturday is now being programmed by Tramlines and includes Ms. Dynamite and Roots Manuva.

We are supporting the new event, 'Sheftival' taking place on August 4th and 5th at Don Valley. This event will have a pop line-up that you won't find at Tramlines.

Hope this clears up any questions!
