but you need to make sure you get the right one.

 

Easy to fit, I would do it for a tenner if you got the machine to me, otherwise order a screen and take the lot to any local computer shop and ask them how much to fit it. Bear in mind that is sounds very much like the screen has gone, but it could still be something else.

Try moving the screen back and forth, or adjusting the brightness. It's a well known Samsung issue, especially on the NC range.
