Loud music in Grenoside

We could hear it all night in Stannington too. Great that people are enjoying themselves, but why must everyone else within a 5 mile radius be kept awake too?

That might not be the one at Greno. Someone's put up an inflatable marquee on the telecom sports field in Loxley and they had loud music on until about 3am.

 

No good for those of us that actually want to sleep.

not heard anything myself,could be boy racers in cars they usually hang out in car park in greno woods

My parents live at the bottom end of Grenoside and I stayed there last night but I didn't hear anything when I got home at 12.....Maybe the Old Peculiar had the desired effect.

me and my other half were walking our dog in the woods at about 11.30 this morning and heard some racket, there were also some folks dressed up slightly inappropriately for a Sunday morning sitting around in the car park. When we came out about an hour later a young couple slid down a hill, the boy's jeans were hung around his ar*e and they were drinking cans of carlsburg. The shock made us drop the dog off at home and go to the pub to calm down.

The one on telecom sports ground was a private party delivered by airspace structures that finished just before 1am. Not sure what you heard after that until 3am?????????

I think a local bobby should have been sent over, punched one of the organisers in the face and then walked off.

 

That would have sent a warning to other people wishing to set raves up

Are you referring to the greno incident or the organized and approved Airspace Structures event or both?
