I would like to recommend Leigh Glazing at Lodgemoor . His name is greg he replaced some double glazed units for me , reasonable price , very clean and tidy. He is also a joiner and is shortly fitting us a door.

I've just had some lights and plug sockets fitted in my conservatory and the guys who did the job were excellent. Reasonable prices and the guys were well mannered (rare!) and tidied up after themselves (even rarer!). The company name is Descom Electrical Services and if anyone is in need of an electrician you can phone Dale or Scott on 07866 314830 (said it was ok for me to post the number on here).

 

They have a website (I can't post the web link on here as I'm a new member, but if you put descomltd into Google, I think it will come up) where you can see pictures of the work they did in my conservatory. Highly recommended.

Can anyone recommend someone to lay a laminate floor?

Room size approx 4m x 3m. I am reasonably comfortable doing it myself but in this instance I don't really have the time.

 

Is this a job for a joiner or a flooring specialist??

I can also recommend Sam Lovatt as a plumber. He came out promptly did all the work i asked him too and didnt cost the earth, will be using him again in the summer to sort some radiators out

I've just had a new bathroom fitted by G Building Services. I'm very satisfied with his work. I had several quotes from a few people on here. Fair enough he wasn't the cheapest (by about 3 people - who I think were quoting below the average price to get the job - and probably wouldn't have done a good job). I chose him because he seemed reliable and had answers and guarantees to all my initial questions. He always left the job tidy and I'm very happy with his work.
