Orange Care Claim has it changed ?

I'm wondering if anyone's claimed with orange care in the last few months ?

 

I lost my phone today and phoned orange to tell them but all they said was we what are they will send me a orange care insurance claim form out, it could take up to 7 day and the sim card could take upto 4

 

am i missing something the last time i lost my phone it was simple question and boom we will send your phone out that was a year or so ago

My little bro got his the next day and he is on contract the only thing to change was admin fee went from £15.00 to. £25.00 without notifying us

Sorry he didn't lose it he broke it and they delivered a new one next day and took his old one back

Maybe they see "losing" 2 phones in a year or so as a bit suspect. Maybe you should be a bit more careful I've never lost a phone in 18 years I've been using them
