Does anyone in Sheffield, Retford, Worksop have a landlord/landlady called Barber living in Reford?

 

Have you heard from them in the last 12months???

Is there no name and address on the tenancy agreement ? as above just don't pay I am sure they will be in touch.

Yes. Better, though, is to serve a Notice (on last-known address of L or L's Agent) under s.1 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Unless there's a lawful excuse, failure to supply L's name/address is then a criminal offence.
