Bradleys pond enterance??

This will seem like a stupid question, I've never been but I tried but ended up at carter hall, following the directions of the fish it book didn't go too well do you go through the farm on the corner? It looked private but I can't think where else you get in, do you just open the gate or go through somewhere else?

Past Phoenix turn right down hill past bridge inn turn right before you go up hill follow lane to top ponds on left

the lanes called geer lane. at the bottom there's a fork in the lane the left ones private the right one takes you to the ponds

when traveling from chesterfield along marsh lane turn left @ butchers arms go down the steep hill then turn sharp left @ the bottom on to a small lane bear right and follow to the end bradleys ponds are down to your left
