Slow cooker curry recipes?

Has anyone got any slow cooker curry recipes? with an authentic taste not the bland jarred sauce type curry.

I do thai red curry which is nice. Fry meat, i use turkey, with red and green chilli, shallots and half jar red paste, transfer to slow cooker, add can coconut milk and coriander. Then about half hour before you are ready to eat it add veg, baby corn, sugar snap peas, that type. We have it with rice and nan.
