Shoeshine and I used to chat on pm a while back, especially around the time the writing group was created.

He was a very warm poster and its a sad loss that he is no longer with us.

RIP

RIP Shoey. You were a fantastic part of the community and you will be missed more than you know.

I am sorry to hear about your dad passing away Rich. I know the shock, pain and sadness you are feeling at this moment in time. Some people may think they are replying to threads like this out of courtesy but i suspect most don't realise just how comforting it can be to read back at how well people thought of a loved one.

Deleted all my previous login details and email from my old Forum name (savannah2), so rejoined just to post my condolences on a couple of threads.

Saddened to hear of the passing away of a great Forum friend Shoeshine.

We shared many private messages, some light hearted and humorous and others full of words of wisdom, from a person I had never met but held in high esteem.

In closing I pass on my deepest sympathies to all his family and friends.

RIP

Savannah
