Aside from the TK Maxx I am seeing very little other activity. Shame, I had hoped it would fill up now.

 

Any confirmed tennants other than TK Maxx?

 

There's a costa coffee and another unit at the side of Argos confirmed 3 other companies in talks for the units aside tk Max and the major activity is around the back where the car park is been built

Update it's a pound land next to Argos and a costa coffee next to that also possible rumours of an m+s opening next to tk Max

Gala Bingo isn't moving anywhere, they still have a 5 year lease.

I guess there is always that possibility, but it seems they have built the retail park to incorporate it. They have nearly finished the multistory car park that goes around the side of it etc.

Car park is not a multi story the underneath is a service yard for the units on that side

The car park at Kilner Way, incidentally, is awful!! The entrance and exits from the main drive are too narrow, so you can't have one person driving out and one driving in, they have to wait for each other. If this place ever fills up, busy times will be a nightmare!
