Very shortly the school building will be closing its doors for the very last time. Please come along for a trip down memory lane. Tours will take place on the hour and half hour. Yep/ I went 1960 to 1964, teachers there said I'd never make owt in life,

well they were right!!!. changed it's name from Shirecliffe School, to

Shirecliffe Secondary Modern school,around 1963, I remember the school then had one coloured girl.
