Events in Woodhouse

Recommended Posts

I am a journalism student at Sheffield Hallam and was wondering if anyone knew of any public events going on in Woodhouse within the next few weeks that I could possibly cover as a part of my coursework.

It could be any event, and any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Jessica Martin.

Go down the church/library and have a look on the notice board.

You could go and film the sword dancers practising.

There's a hobo parade every Saturday at 2pm. Starts at the Library.

On a serious note I've set up a wild swimming group which uses Treeton Dyke every few weeks for a swim. Not sure if you'd class it as Woodhouse or not, but you're welcome to ask questions or take photos.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me!

The wild swimming group sounds very interesting, and would love to come to find out more!

Do you have an email address or website I can contact you through?

Thanks again!
