Can anyone answer this question for me?

Just out of curiosity but does anyone at all know what the fees are for The Property Letting Shop if we chose to rent a house. Viewing some properties tomorrow and want to make sure i have the money with me to put a deposit down if we like the house. Checked the website but no such luck.

i'm assuming letting agencies charge roughly the same, i rent and they may require reference checking which is done by a referencing agency.....around £200 per person over 18 who will be living in the property.......the bond is usually around the cost of a months rent and when you sign up its usually a months rent in advance on top of the bond......its a right pain all the admin....you shouldn't have to hand over any money until you enter the tenancy application process.......
