It's just dripping in a couple of places at the moment and the wood deck seems to still be in good condition. Can anyone give me a rough idea of how much it would cost to either cover the roof in EPDM rubber or remove and renew the existing type of covering. The roof is 6.5m x 5m. Thanks, Duncan.
