Roofer recommendations megathread - NO JOBS, ADVERTISING OR QUOTES

Hi all,

 

I live in an end terrace (110 year old) house in S8 -Sheffield. The roof needs recovering and it has a large dormer window on the rear that needs replacing with a new dormer kit plus new guttering front and back while we are at it. The property is about 4metres wide and roughly 8 metres long. Can anyone recommend a good roofer they have used and or know roughly how much we are looking at cost wise??

Hi

We need some roofing work doing. Verges pointing, ridges checking (maybe pointing) and soil stack checking as we can see daylight from the loft. This is quite urgent as we keep hearing unwanted guests in our loft.

Is there any roofers that could come and have a look and quote tomorrow? Im in Chapeltown btw.
