I used Martin Brooks for a re-roof but they were expensive and took some persuading to actually take away all the waste they were charging for. A fiend of mine used Sothall roofing and couldn't speak highly enough of them.

 

Anyway if you use an NFRC contractor you get a guarantee and some come back if you're not happy.

Please help! I have had a damp area in my spare room ceiling 'repaired' several times by different people, but the problem remians. Can anyone recommend a decent builder/roofer to really get to the root of the problem and get it sorted. Many thanks for anyone's help with this.

Yes, something is definitely leaking! Likely the roof/wall/gutter, but I need a decent roofer/builder to look at it and know what they are talking about, as have already had 3 different people look at it and give 3 different diagnoses... and its still leaking... this has been going on for months and months
