Try the old record ridgeway building just off Shalesmoor, but you woukld need to clear out the pigeons, beer cans and other detritus.

Old warehouse building near Wombwell- secret room at the rear (through tiny door) up till recently (and possible still) used for illegal bare knuckle boxing & dog fighting. Evidence all over the place- blood stains- betting tickets...
