qwert Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 HI I probably cant afford it but am considering piano lessons for me/my six year old daughter, just wondered if anyone could give me some idea of cost and recommend a teacher please. I have acquired a piano recently so was thinking of one come to the house but will go to one if preffered (if local) I live in Ecclesfied.

I currently tutor over 40 students and specialise in beginners of all ages, tho advanced students are very welcome. My fees are as follows: £8.00 per half hour or £16.00 per hour. I have very friendly approach ensuring lessons are really enjoyable. I have a 100% pass rate in all ABRSM examinations with many students achieving merit or distinction. I currently have one space remaining should you be interested. I am fully insured and CRB checked. References are available should you require them. addylewis Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 Theres a guy who used to teach me, not seen him for a few years but he was pretty good and patient enough with me...His name is Alex Elwood - he usually did bluesy/ragtime/boogie-woogie stuff, think he's still around - I could ask him on facebook about it and PM you the info if you like?
