Thats fair enough.. if you dont like it then dont watch it but to suggest that the Beeb got rid of it is frankly ridiculous. Top Gear is the BBC's flagship show, it gains one of the highest ratings for the channel and more than that, it is sold to more countries around the world than any other TV show (with perhaps the exception of 'House') The BBC even managed to 'sell' the format to America where they now make 'American Top Gear', and that has to be a financial winner.

I agree that the show has become a little stale and predictable and urge Jeremy and the producers to give the show a bit of a shake up.

Partly because it's in his nature to be one and partly because it suits the needs of the programme. Some people find his lame 'posh nob slags off everyone else' persona amusing. He's become a caricature of himself.

I used to find Top Gear funny and entertaining, but now it's got to the point that we can predict just what 'accident' is going to befall them next and the whole show (Clarkson included) has become a caricature of itself and I'm not going to bother watching the next series.
