I am reg blind but have tunnel vision so don't drive Hi Mate, Most USB2.0 devices are backwards compatible with 1.1. So the camera should connect to your pc. However if you want USB 2.0 on your Computer then purchase a USB 2.0 PCI card. Best bet would be to take it to a computer shop who should be able to do this pretty cheaply. Regards, A
regblind Posted December 30, 2011 Author Posted December 30, 2011 How much would you expect to pay for a usb card and fitting
gillybear Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 You can pick up a card up for less than £10, If you were closer to me i'd fit it for free.
nubile Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 I'm in S2 Wybourn, depending on what part of S4 you're in i could fit it you free, it's a 5 minute job.
sidbobs Posted December 30, 2011 Posted December 30, 2011 I'll also fit it you for nowt if you can get hold of a card, I'm in S12 if that's any closer for you.

Manythanks to you all. Alan ps. Happy New Year
gillybear Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Just a quick addition, Since your PC only has USB 1.1 i assume it's quite old, what version of Windows are you using? Anything below WindowsXP may need drivers.
