Peugeot 206 Brake Help

Needing some help, just replaced new pads and brake shoes on my 206. I have blead them, pedal is hard, but when engine is running the pedal is very spongey. Any suggestions?

Still some air in there somewhere ,, press hard on the pedal and hold it if it starts to go down slowly there is some air there in the system sometimes it takes a few bleeds to get it all out, have a good look around the back of the brake hubs you mite have disturbed a pipe or something also did you push the pistons back when you took the pads out sometimes there is a bit of rust in the calipers that holds the pistons off a bit.
