Free file hosting recommendations needed please!

I've Googled, but can't easily find what I need.

 

A free file hosting service for some PDFs - my requirements are:

 

• Doesn't need to be password protected
  
• No expiry and deletion of files
  
• With a download counter Ideally
  
• With a self deletion option
  
• Space needed around is 1500KB

IF you like, I can set up a sub-domain with FTP access on one of our domains (the domain has been under my control since 2004, so it's not going anywhere any time soon).

Can you not use Dropbox and just put the files in the "public" folder. You get 2Gb and all you have to do is provide people with the links to the files.
