Where in city centre can you get a new zip on an of clothing?

My sisters zip has bust on her Xmas party dress which she really wants to wear. She's been quoted £21 in mhall but the dress was only £25. Anyone know of any reasonable priced places in centre or is £21 about the right price?

Joyee the little seamstress near Santa,s Grotto in Castle Market is inexpensive and very helpful.

She is next to the Soda Fountain cafe.

Before she goes to the expense of having a new zip, does the dress still fit her? Worth checking that out first or she'll end up with another broken zip.
