Going on Saturday to see a Rolling Stones tribute (The Stones).

There was a golf themed bar there before Alibi where you could buy a pitcher of beer and then have a go in the simulator. Shame to see it go.

It is the old Golf Bar. It is now run by Gary Sinclair (DJ) music brill for older age group (strictly over 25's) and is usually now packed at the weekends

Seemed decent enough when I went in. Good classic music. Only thing I could take issue with was the blue laser light display on the ceiling. Seemed a bit tacky and not in-keeping with everything else. Definitely an improvement on alibi though, which always felt like it was only half-finished to me.

Has anyone been to Maggie mays in Sheffield city centre.

I've heard that Gary Sinclair,ex dj at The Bessemer now owns it.

I've heard one or two reports saying they had a great time there.

I went in on friday night, Gary is an old school friend of mine.

It is ok but on Friday maybe becuase it was mad Friday it was an asylum much like the rest of town.
