Trev Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Does anyone know if there are any buses which come down Stradbrook Road go on to Woodhouse Train Station?
HeadingNorth Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 Offhand I'm fairly sure that none of them do. You'd need to get a bus to Woodhouse village then change to a 52 down to the station, if it's unfeasible to walk. (It takes about 15 minutes, downhill, if you're fit and are not carrying a holiday's worth of luggage.)
Trev Posted December 14, 2011 Author Posted December 14, 2011 cheers i'll bum a lift as i have a kid in toe
highflyerjak Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 ALL 52's go past Woodhouse Station (First's terminate there....). Max. fare £1.30 on both operators!
Andy C Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 http://www.stagecoachbus.com/uploads/sheffieldbusmapguidefinal-webversion.pdf Route map for Stagecoach on link above. It seems to suggest you need a combination of the 25 and 52

None go from Stradbroke Rd to the station, you need a 25 to the village then 52 stagecoach from village down to the station, or as someone as said can walk down.
