Suspicious Man around S2, Talbot St/Parkhill

Just thought I'd post this rather urgent appeal for any witnesses.

Just an hour ago (4.00PM, GMT), a man was seen to be acting in an agressive manner and attempting to break in to flats on Norwich Row Level in Parkhill by trying doors; here is a description:

Visual description: White, medium build, medium length grey moustache. Could not see hear because he was wearing hood.

Age: About 60

Height: 5' 7''

Clothing: Dark Charcoal Grey hooded anorak, dark trousers.

Other: He was texting/ringing number from a new-looking black 'Blackberry' phone which lights up BLUE.

At around 4.10 PM approx, man was seen to leave walkway but was probably spotted by one of us on the ground level near Talbot Street.

 

A description was given to Police who are now aware of the incident and any help in tracing this individual would be much appreciated. Any info phone 101.
