Bolsover Street is closed between the Star & Garter pub/Arts Tower and University Roundabout.

It looks very serious, I was driving down when a police car came and blocked inbound traffic, there were several police cars at the roundabout end and an ambulance.

All open again now.

 

To be honest it didn't look to me as though he was threatening to jump, he was waving, kicking his feet and shouting and showing every sign of rather enjoying it out there in the sun.

 

Edit: now on the Star website and they say he was threatening to jump, so maybe he was.
