Police incident on Winter Street

Just a heads-up that police have closed Winter Street (running from Brook Hill roundabout up towards Walkley) just outside the tower blocks at the bottom. There's a guy about eight floors up who had climbed out of the window and was sitting on the windowsill shouting and waving to those below. I'm guessing that he's either drunk, on drugs or has some serious mental health issue. He seems to have gone back in now so hopefully it won't be too long before things get moving again.
