Need to get a bus from Longley to South Road, Walkley

Hi, we need to get from Longley to Walkley. I don't think there's a bus direct from there so we'd have to change in town but after looking on the First and Stagecoach websites there's absolutely no mention of South Road, Walkley which is where we need to get to.

 

Can someone shed some light on this please? Any ideas which bus to get on from town to South Road or there abouts please.

you could get 20 into hillsbrough then 52 to just round corner fro south rd

52? Sod that, get the 95 which actually goes on South Road, catch it from opposite the Cathedral

The 95 goes along South Rd and is (in theory) every ten minutes from the Bus Station and then up past Ponds Forge, the Cathedral & West St

Nothing direct by the looks of the bus network map. Probably best getting bus to Hillsborough and then 31/52 from there, than going through town.

Depends where on South Road the OP needs.

 

Going via Hillsborough could be quicker than going via town. You need to change one way or the other, of course.
