spiritangel1 Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 A lovely little tabby keeps coming into the building where i work, shes small, tabby and looks well cared for,she did this a few weeks ago, shes tried to get in this morning and one of the nurses has taken her home!!! I told her she needs to fetch her back as shes not lost/stray shes too well cared for.She will be bringing it back later,if anyone knows who owns this cat they need to know she keeps trying to get in here although its hard to keep her out as she runs through the automatic doors. Like i said im 99% certain shes no stray as she has been around before,i just worry as Green Lane is a very very busy main rd
Moonbird Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 It certainly is a horrible Road, last time that we came for paper we sadly saw a dog that had just been killed just outside the building, and one was killed there not long before, not the right place for any animal to be wandering about free...not if the owner ever wants to see it again. Hard to know what to do really isnt it? if the cat comes back she might not last long, if the cat stays with the nurse...well its not hers, rather you lot than me to deal with that one
spiritangel1 Posted December 12, 2011 Author Posted December 12, 2011 I did think of buying a cheap collar and attaching a message to the owner and ask for them to make sure she has ID on to stop it getting lost or for it to be ID if needs be
magsie Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Spirit is there a vets nearby to check for a microchip?
spiritangel1 Posted December 12, 2011 Author Posted December 12, 2011 nearest one is chapeltown to my work x
nicholls5 Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 Yes l, even a paper collar with a little note on with a number to call. Hopefully the owner will then give you a call and at least you will be able to solve the mystery of where the little one belongs. Bless you all there for caring for all the animals, such wonderful people - Nix
