eurovision Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 The item I received is nothing as described. eBay now want me to provide tracking information to get a full refund. If I provide this will I get the refund automatically or will I have to wait for the seller to receive it and confirm because the seller could deny that I posted back the same thing, etc. etc. And it is going abroad. Royal Mail International Signed For only tracks up until it leaves the country, no?
alchresearch Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 You'll get the refund a day or two after the item has been signed for. If the seller gets it back and denies everything or refuses to sign for it, Ebay will make a judgement call, but so long as you've packaged it up well (take photos) and sent it you'll have a good strong case.
eurovision Posted December 11, 2011 Author Posted December 11, 2011 Oh no. At this rate it will be after Christmas before I get a refund. Thanks for your help.
