EBay Resolution Centre want me to give tracking information.

The item I received is nothing as described. eBay now want me to provide tracking information to get a full refund. If I provide this will I get the refund automatically or will I have to wait for the seller to receive it and confirm because the seller could deny that I posted back the same thing, etc. etc.

 

And it is going abroad. Royal Mail International Signed For only tracks up until it leaves the country, no?

You'll get the refund a day or two after the item has been signed for.

 

If the seller gets it back and denies everything or refuses to sign for it, Ebay will make a judgement call, but so long as you've packaged it up well (take photos) and sent it you'll have a good strong case.
