Badlittlepup Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 So the police didn't refuse to act at all, she didn't persist and tell them that she did want to report it when advised not to (for whatever reason). There is no reason that the flashers should be told that she's the one who reported it, so a backlash shouldn't be possible. Well it may be obvious she is the one that reported them. And the police may not have outright refused to complain but if they are strongly advising an 18 year old girl not to report something they may well have scared her out of it.
Badlittlepup Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 i have done, so hopefuly if the council and cops ask for proof she got it, and then i would print the pics out and put them on all lamp posts for everyone to giggle at too, That is a BRILLIANT idea. Get a picture, get loads of copies and post it everywhere locally with a caption on what dirty gits they are!
sumayyah Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 That is a BRILLIANT idea. Get a picture, get loads of copies and post it everywhere locally with a caption on what dirty gits they are! or on the first few lamposts block out thier faces so the street can have a guess who owns this penis compition with the answers on the rest of the lamposts
navyblue Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Maybe the police have no balls and are worried that it wont stand up in court. If this young woman and her child are being harrassed by mindless morons then our society is letting them both down. C'mon you coppers stop chasing motorists and get some proper work done.
julado Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Flashing.....in this cold weather.....the boys are just asking to be laughed at.....mmmmm....boys with TWO belly buttons - if you get my drift
the_rudeboy Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Tell her to take a photo and show that to the police surely they've got to do something if she's got proof Have some Tshirts printed and dish 'em out around the neighbourhood.
diablo Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 I would bave thought this would come under the safeguarding children headline, which I believe is any harmful behaviour towards a vulnerable adult or in this case a child. I would have thought that under such circumstances it would be the job of social services to be made aware and thus help to deal with, as acts such as these could have a long term effect on a child. It is also my understanding that once social services are aware of the situation they then have a legal obligation to act on it.
