To the aggressive driver on the parkway tonight

You do get them like this, they just do not like anyone to overtake them :loopy:

Just content yourself with the knowledge that one day they will pull the same stunt in front of a big artic which will hopefully flatten the irritant and remove it from the face of the earth :D

I will see what I can do, lol!! Its funny to see this sort of behaviour when im sat up in my cab, but it happens a lot. So many drivers just cannot bear to let anybody be in front of them. I think its a desease in their heads. I hope this helps, but just yesterday on the M1 north going towards Leeds, a runt in a Transit van overtook me, and then when he got in front, he started to slow down. I started to overtake him, and he speeded up. A total asrehole. Thats me, stuck in the middle lane in an artic, with nowhere to go, and annoying drivers behind me, although there was no lane for me to escape to. Thats me flucked due to an idiot. It would be interesting to see if any members would condone THAT driver, or am I just another selfish lorry driver and the Transit driver was within his rights to speed up as I was overtaking???:loopy::loopy::loopy:

Oh I have forgotten about him but it is funny to see what other creatures crawl out from under their stones .i'm not aiming that at you , just certain individuals . Your suggestion is a good one but I'll make it a latte instead of the tea :)

i have just said almost exactly the same as you on another thread,as a lorry driver for over 45 years i have seen a dramatic change in drivers attitudes towards other drivers[THIS IS MY BIT OF ROAD AND YOU ARE NOT COMING

I do not need anything to change who I am .fizzy drink was assuming far too much and from what he/she was saying they weren't the other driver. We both knew that but fizzydrink obviously needed to interact with me so I obliged. I hope my post has changed the other drivers way of thinking , if they have read this of course . Thank you to the forummers that have offered positive contributions to safe guarding others :)
