Dalrimple Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 Hi all, As some of you may be aware of our story on another thread, ill quickly fill you in if you havent heard of us. We are a SPECIALIST rescue that provides rehabilitation for dogs in mega need of care. May this be just nursing treatment, or full medical treatment. We do NOT take the easy rehomes. We run the rescue from our own home, so that we can give these pooches a FULL profile. They are NOT kept in kennels and are not out side. They are crate trained so we can keep them in isolation on arrival, and so that they can get rest, but this is in our own home. However we need your help. We have been running 2 months, and in that time have taken off much quicker than we ever dreamed we would. However we have some dogs in mega need of attention. We currently have a 4 month old pup in hospital due to parvo. We are hoping that she is through the worst but more and more are coming into our care needing our help. PLEASE, Please can anyone spare any bedding? cages? beds? newspaper etc for us? We also have a huge ask of a washing machine. We currently use our own, but often our dogs are in such a tangle on arrival that we have to throw bedding away for fear of washing it in our own washing machine! I think my father in law would shoot us if we did that! We are also desperate for some donations to help us carry on treating these dogs with the level of care that they require. Anything and i mean anything helps. You can visit our notice board and talk to us more at Oldcotes Saddlery, Blyth road, Worksop, S81 8JE (you can also donate here too) The rescue its self is based in Dinnington. ALL of our donations go to the dogs, we DO NOT take a penny from the rescue. All of your continued support is much appreciated, and we hope to hear from you soon xxxxx

Evei Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 I have made a new thread to discuss how rescues fund themselves. Please put discussion on there. Then this thread is kept separate. Thanks
