Perks of the job innit

Then we'll so the staff moaning they aren't paid enough so they have to steal.

The truth being, they don't get paid as much because the shop isn't as profitable as it should be because they steal.

The rest of the pinching will be drug addicts.

A lot is done by respectable types using a variety of scams, like returning a good (selected from within the store) with a receipt and obtaining a different size,or even a cash refund.

Wage have fallen in real terms, it's hardly surprising. And theft is a lot lower nowadays anyhow (consider a wagon being loaded by hand, vs one with pallets). Businesses should treat their staff better, simples.

People look at the way that our superiors (such as bankers and politicians) conduct themselves and aspire to be like them. Need I say more?

Utter rubbish.

Businesses are there to make money, not look after thieving staff.

Your support or excuses for criminals is disgusting.

If a man is not paid a fair wage, he is the one being robbed.

Master and slave.

Who is the thief, the slave who steals a bit of the produce of his own labour, or the master who steals the produce of the labour of his slave.

Come off it.

Theft is wrong, but to steal a man's labour is far far worse, than for a man to take back what has been stolen from him in the first place.

More justification for criminals.

If the wages aren't high enough, get another job or educate yourself so you're worth more in the job market.
