Peacock Lady   10 #2 Posted December 2, 2011 All he needs to do is look in the phone book. Many jobbing printers will be able to handle the job. Or he could consider using a print-on-demand company like Lulu.com, Amazon's CreateSpace, which will allow him to order books one at a time.
