The Thomson family in Sheffield.

I have recently been researching my family tree, My fathers family came from Perthshire and Fife.

When I was a young man in the 50s and 60s my dad took me to Crookes in Sheffield to meet some family. I remember a Jim Thomson who was a policeman at West Bar.

I have gone back to 1605 in Scotland and would like to have contact with any family I may have in Sheffield and maybe exchange information.
