RIP Farouk Bulsara.. Queen did some classic songs back in the 80s, and no 70s Pop line up would be complete without Bohemian Rhapsody IMO, which is IMO one of THE greatest Pop songs ever made.

Would I be right in saying Queen are the only band where each individual member is credited with the writing of a number one record, or if not number one then at least a top ten hit?

Some groups co-wrote their songs to avoid royalty disputes,and I think the Jam did this although Weller did the bulk of the writing,and of course the Archies with Sugar,Sugar was co-written by the band members.
