pete051 Â Â 10 #8 Posted November 23, 2011 Depends on the type, if they are the non automatic type you need a lens with a manual aperture ring or you are restricted to maximum aperture with does reduce your depth of field pretty drastically if they are the automatic type then the cameras electronics take care of most things for you.
