I've succeeded in constructing a waterfall with stones fixed into set mortar but water has somehow seeped through - it looks well set - so that water accumulates beneath the pond liner of the pond below. Pro Builders   10 #2 Posted November 22, 2011 In my past experiences you are best to apply the liner behind the waterfall before construction as you have all ready built it you may find it tricky to seal.
