Agent Orange Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Is honesty always the best policy?! Views please. Yes, as long as you are tactful
andygardener Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Is honesty always the best policy?! Views please. Tact is also important, depends on the situation, which you helpfully omitted to mention.

Well, in your case, I would say honesty is definitely the best policy. A crime has been committed against you and you shouldn't have to be in this position. Report it and get the help and support you need.
phoenixen Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 yes, for me it is no matter what. I'd rather be quiet than lie......being honest gives a person a priceless inner peace of mind.....and u dont have to keep track of your lies.

Work are fully aware of the situation. they held their own investigation. their result was keep us both employed but to work in different areas of the building and to have set times for the kitchen toilet canteen etc so as to not bump.into each other. i point blank refused to adhere to this. the police are involved and are still investigating. i just wasnt sure what to say if i got an interview somewhere. it has left me lacking confidence and self esteem. i am now classed as highly depressed suffering with anxiety and have pathalogical skin picking disorder.
