Xmas dinner for poundies..idea??

This may sound a bit daft, but when I worked at the pound (not at its current location) I used to have a collection at xmas for people to donate a chicken or a bit of cash towards buying some, so the dogs in the kennels could have some sort of xmas dinner

Would anyone be willing to donate to this for this year??

I'd be willing to cook and strip the chickens and even run down to the pound at xmas to drop the meat off if anyone was willing to donate??

Maybe Rain or someone could get involved??

Hi Fiveof, i have been thinking of the poundies too, i already have a small pile of pigs ears ready to deliver on Xmas eve or even Xmas day, I live quite close to the pound, and would be happy to help you with this

im sure pigs ears would be fine for the poochies....i know the pound have a ritual of going round on xmas day and giving out treats and toys to all the dogs so im sure they will welcome any extras
