Read post 36 of it, it was an experiment designed to test the impartiality of moderating and it seems that the discussing of Manderics court case is acceptable whilst the other one is not.

I don't agree with the decision but I'll respect it.

I think the Mods (Sibon a wednesday supporter) are taking a good look at this thread so it keeps within the guide lines of what can be said

Thats why I had a post removed which I don't have a problem with

EDIT May I also add THIS thread was started by a wednesday poster ,a respected poster Corkers Respected by both sides of the divide unlike the other thread

Well that thread lasted 2 1/2 days and the thread got as far as 36 posts so it proved to be acceptable for longer than this one has been at the moment so you may be a bit premature in assessing the results of your experiment.

This thread is very sad, it involves a live court case and given that we aren’t lawyers or court clerks, I’m rather surprised that the forum allows it to be discussed.

Manderic will be found guilty or innocent and I would suggest that is an appropriate time to discuss what he is alleged to have done.

Hypocrisy piled upon hypocrisy judging by most of your posts, pal.

And your sig:

'Civil unrest is an inevitable consequence of making the poor pay for the errors of the rich! '

Would 'the rich' include Manadric? :hihi:

I think this thread has brought up a couple of interesting points Redknap England job (post 3) and the "fit and proper persons" ruling (post 4)

There has been no finger pointing or name calling like in the other thread please keep it so

it's interesting to know if they could use this fit and proper person rule if he was found guilty but the club now fully took over. could the fa or whoever enforces it tell him he has to sell if it did happen or is it only applied when a person is in the process of taking a club over?

A lifting of the reporting restrictions may be lifted regarding the court case, this coming weekend if press releases are to be believed.

The cases date back for well over a year, but there was a blanket ban on coverage; you weren't even allowed to report that the trial was coming up, until now.

It's been reported many times, the dates have been changed.

I expect the secrecy of late has something to do with the third defendant
