TeaFan Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Over 170 EDL members have been arrested after repeated threats of violence were made against the Occupy LSX protesters - police believe they were about to physically attack the protesters. Attacking peaceful protests by people who might be considered in some way left wing is a hallmark of Fascism. Any EDL supporters want to explain how this counts as attacking fundamentalist Islam, which is what the EDL claims to be all about? http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2011/nov/11/edl-arrests-london-occupy-armistice-day
mj.scuba Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 What constitutes being a member of the EDL, is it simply pressing a "Like" button on Facebook?
skinz Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 For crying out loud :hihi: .......................
websters gue Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 It's going to be interesting seeing what the staunch right wing, 'string em up', 'give the police more powers' mob think of this.
AJ sheffield Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Its going to be interesting seeing what the staunch right wing, 'string em up', 'give the police more powers' mob think of this. No it isn't.
AJ sheffield Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Yes it is. I've just asked our lass and she agrees with me, it isn't.
VideoPro Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 "They called us all sorts of names in the statement and said we should leave "their" church and stop violating their religion" Hooligans for Jesus.
donkey Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 What constitutes being a member of the EDL, is it simply pressing a "Like" button on Facebook? In this case, it is entering a conspiracy with other EDL members to mount an attack on members of the public.
