Poor building design at Frecheville new units site

The vets for pets/baranardos/tesco express new build at Frecheville is already starting to look shoddy, no thought seems to have gone in to not providing nice warm sheltered perches for pigeons and the block paved walkway is a series of pigeon droppings, the entrance is quite narrow bearing in mind the size of lorries that deliver and already there are signs of lorries having cut across the path causing dips in the block paving and a manhole cover where the lorries park to unload looks like it collapsing into the hole it covers. when the lorries are delivering its also a pretty tight squeeze getting in and out of half of the parking spaces and when one lorry is delivering if there is another waiting it has to wait on the main road virtually turning it in to a one way. I feel sorry for the people who have invested in the flats above.

the car park is not really adequate and my bug bear is the drivers who don`t park in a bay but park in a line behind cars parked in the bays. because the car park is not wide, it is difficult to reverse out of the bay with a car parked behind.
