Number Six Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 ... because nothing says you are grateful for the sacrifice of the millions of men who perished, alone and afraid in the mud of northern France for our freedom than a diamante poppy. Why not get a paper one and donate £50 for it? If you want you could put some pritt stick on it and sprinkle glitter on top. Or, in a word, no. I've no idea. (the plural of poppy is poppies by the way.)
Number Six Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 You asked if I knew. I answered the question: no, I don't. I also wondered out loud why you'd want one. You may have a very good reason, I don't know. Good luck finding one. As you may have gathered they are not to my taste, but each to their own.
medusa Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 You can buy poppy jewellery and the fabric poppies and the like from the poppy appeal website. I don't know of anywhere that sells them locally though.
lucyhope Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 British Legion poppy shop online. http://www.poppyshop.org.uk

You still contribute to the cause by buying a sparkly poppy or a paper poppy so what exactly is the problem with her wanting a diamante one? She'd probably contribute more for one of these too by the way. I would also like one of these so if anyone spots them, please let me know.

Yeah, but what you fail to take in to account is I'm really tired and have a headache.
