Oven Thermocouple assistance please

We have a built in Baumatic B725 -SS oven and the thermocouple is broken, I have found the part at a place on Heeley but need a qualified trades person to fit it.

 

If you know a reputable chap/lady who could do this could you let me know please?, we live close to Gleadless Townend : thanks :)
