jane21 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 I'm after growing my first Blueberry bush and after researching them on the internet 'Goldtraube' seems a really good one. However it is not a self pollinating one so do I really need two of them to get some blueberrys off.
sskirrrow Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 Plant two different varieties of blueberries to ensure cross-pollination. A single blueberry plant will produce fruit, but the yields will be higher and the fruits bigger if more than one plant is grown. They require a position in full sun or light shade. Try Patriot and Bluejay..
