liam1412 Posted November 5, 2011 Posted November 5, 2011 Had to cancel MOT, kids had some half stale bread wi peanut butter for dinner and I didn't have a smoke for 8 hours!!!!! Good news its now all sorted and you can get to your money again. Natwest say they will be compensating any one affected!!

I know these things happen but the overnight maintenance window is usually around 2am so this means it was down for 16 hours. I personally don't think that is acceptable and shall be writing a strongly worded latter :-)
Jessica23 Posted November 6, 2011 Posted November 6, 2011 I went to the bank yesterday morning about something and the poor woman I spoke to said that if the systems weren't back by Monday she wasn't going to come in to work. I felt really sorry for her, dealing with a massive bunch of irate people. I didn't have any problems accessing my money in the normal way, though. Cashpoints and card transactions were working as usual.
